Built for Australian property buyers
HomeCalc AU turns residential listings into practical owner and investor estimates, so you can compare upfront costs, repayments, rental performance and personal fit before making your next move.
For supported listings on realestate.com.au and Domain across Australia.
One clearer view
Bring the figures scattered across calculators, notes and property tabs into one consistent comparison.
Estimate deposit, transfer duty, government fees, conveyancing, inspections, LMI and total cash required.
Model principal-and-interest or interest-only repayments using your loan amount, rate and term.
Review gross and net yield, rental costs and nationally comparable after-interest cash flow.
Keep owner and investor comparisons separate, with table, card, sorting and CSV export views.
Compare properties against your walking time, commute, schools, property type and other priorities.
Edit missing information such as year built, strata fees and walking time instead of relying on invented data.
How it works
Visit a supported residential property listing and open the HomeCalc panel.

Cancel at any time through the billing-management link in HomeCalc. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Partial periods are not normally prorated.
The pass is a one-time purchase, does not renew and provides 90 days of access. Refund requests made within 7 days will be considered where the pass has not been substantially used.
If a technical problem prevents purchased access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, contact support for an appropriate remedy. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
HomeCalc reads supported realestate.com.au and Domain listing pages to extract the property address, price and advertised characteristics needed for its calculations. It also handles the assumptions, ratings, notes, targets and preferences you enter. Calculations and preferences are cached locally on your device.
When you sign in, Supabase stores your email, account identifiers, authentication records, plan status and monthly usage. When you analyse a property, HomeCalc sends its portal, listing identifier, address-derived property key and price to Supabase to enforce the monthly allowance. Saved shortlist snapshots, listing facts, notes and comparison inputs are synced to your account.
Stripe processes purchases, subscriptions and refunds. HomeCalc stores Stripe customer, subscription and payment identifiers needed to provide access, but does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Supabase may use our configured email provider to deliver account verification and recovery messages.
This information is used only to provide and secure property analysis, comparison, account, usage-limit and billing features. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate those features, or where required by law. HomeCalc does not sell user data, use it for personalised advertising, or monitor pages outside its supported property portals.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. You can export or delete local extension data from HomeCalc Options. Removing the extension removes its local data; synced account and billing records may remain. Contact support to request access to or deletion of server-held personal information. Some billing, security and transaction records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
HomeCalc's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
HomeCalc is a decision-support tool for adults considering Australian residential property. Calculations depend on listing information, user inputs, assumptions and rate tables that may be incomplete, approximate or change over time.
Results are not valuations, lending approvals, forecasts or professional advice. Users remain responsible for independently checking figures and making their own decisions.
We aim to keep HomeCalc available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted service or complete information on every listing.
